Growing up with a volatile and unpredictable father, the question that preyed on my mind the most was this: How much of his behaviour was a result of mental illness, and how much was his real personality?

Not the easiest of parents to grow up with are they? Its my goal to ensure my children don't think the same of me. Thanks for reading and commenting.
