Recommendation for psychiatrist for severe anxiety/OCD/Paranoia

This is on behalf of my dad who is in a bad way. He has always suffered with OCD, paranoia and anxiety. Recently this has got a lot worse and he becomes fixated on minor incidents, convinced that someone is going to kill him because of something he has said or done. He then obsessively calls whoever was with him at the time for reassurance.
Its so heart-breaking to witness. He is seeing psychiatrists at St Thomas's but its a different doctor every time, everyone is 'off sick', appointments are a month apart and when he called in crisis he was advised to go to a and e.

I really want to help him and wonder if a couple of private sessions might help. I feel his medication needs to be urgently addressed. I believe he is on Citalopram.
many thanks in advance

Farfall I didn't reply because I don't really have a recommendation and I thought someone might. Since they haven't, you could try googling David Veale, and also searching on the Charter Nightingale Hospital site for someone who treats that condition -

I agree their input on medication, and on confirming whether ocd is the only diagnosis, could be helpful. Good luck.
