With my family I am perceived as 'the ill one ' (bp and possible bpd) whereas my sister is a psychiatrist so she is seen as the expert. This has created a rather weird doctor/ patient dynamic. Strangely enough though my sis has been so unsympathetic about my illness( told me to stop feeling sorry for myself when I came out of a psych ward and that all her patients are twats) that we hardly communicate. According to my late mum she was scared of my illness. At family gatherings people ask her about her life whereas have accepted that my life is dysfunctional.
Men dump me fairly quickly as I get clingy and anxious and I tend to get bullied out of jobs which may be a result of emotional frailty.
On the relationship boards on mn I have been called desperate despite me making many claims that I won't settle.
I do tend to have black and white thinking and feelings of rejection..it's shit being me sometimes.
