Going to give mindfulness ago - anyone fancy joining me?

My depression and anxiety have reared their ugly heads again have read that mindfulness is helpful tool to quieten the noisy mind- bought a book and downloaded an app - going to give it a go starting tonight x

I've got a book too, tried a couple of times but struggle to stick with it. Could really do with stopping my head from chattering on all the time! Happy to discuss the things I have done tho, it might motivate me to stick with it this time :)

It is brilliant. Currently recapping & reminding after my latest nosedive. First heard of it in 2006 and it has changed my life for the better - providing I remember to do it!
