Can anyone recommend a good self hypnosis download for stress ?

I've just been looking at some on iTunes . Am after one that is preferably not too long and recommended maybe to listen to last thing ?? TIA x

I'm already signed up to Adam Eason and am going up check out the other links too. Does Glenn Harold have an american accent? I seem to remember some reviews saying his voice was a bit annoying?

No, he sounds London to me. I read those reviews too but actually I think he's fine. IIRC you can download a free trial to hear his voice.
