Pregnancy anxiety II- through the roof tonight

Hi ladies

I posted last weekend about being 25 weeks pregnant and hugely anxious. Got up the courage to talk to my GP who was lovely and has put me on 50mg of Sertraline and referred me to the perinatal mental health team.

I was feeling better but tonight it's back with a vengeance. I've taken myself off to bed cos I can't eat, can't concentrate and was clearly driving DH mad.

Just wondered if anyone wanted to chat or share calming tips?

TIA

Bumping for you, dizzy

Have you tried approaching the midwives about this?

Are you scared that something will go wrong, or is it the anticipation of the pain? Is it purely the idea of the birth that is stressing you out, or the pregnancy itself, or how you will cope afterwards?

You have my sympathies I had this on my last pregnancy it's horrific.
Good for you for going to the GP I wish I had. My ds2 is now 6months and have been put on cipramil for my anxiety.
No advice just wanted to let you know you're not alone.
