I'm having a very dark day today

have had practically no sleep and I'm feeling really down today. Very negative thoughts and even though they're fleeting it's the first time I've really had these since I started my a/ds so that's making me feel worse. I have an image in my head of walking off on to bleak moors and just waking forever.

what a cheery post for the morning.

Hi oops, I was supposed to go training last night but couldn't face it.. went home and vegged in front of TV, dp came round and bought a takeaway in so I didn't have to do anything all evening.

I slept pretty well last night so am feeling better this morning. Still not great but better at least which is the main thing.

Hunker, how are you feeling today?

Glad you're feeling better today, Mascara.

I had a nice brisk walk in and it helped somewhat.

Need to start eating some more, though.

Mascaraohara · 16/08/2006 09:16

Hey ExPat, glad you're walk helped!!

Aren't you eating at the minute?

I haven't been very hungry, Mascara. BUT, I needed to step up my dosage recently and I always find it kills my appetite at first.

I get it back eventually, though.

I'm just grateful I'm not having bloody panic attacks every day.

Been a whole two days w/o one - knock on wood.

Mascaraohara · 16/08/2006 09:22

What are you taking?

I've never had a panic attack, I miagine they're pretty nasty!

Can you get some fruit in and treat yourself to a smoothie?

I'm on Lustral.

Food just makes me boaky just now.

I know it will pass, though.

It's usually the first month after changing dosage that this happens.

I have a lot of experience w/AD's, unfortunately, thanks to two bouts of PND.

Mascaraohara · 16/08/2006 10:15

boaky?? LOL! wtf does that mean??
