In brief i am having a crap time, feel run down all the time, miscarried on my wedding anniversary, DH over the past few wks has started having to work long hours, no family support, DD is fab but I even feel as though i am starting to struggle through the day with her , i could burst into tears at most things and at any time of the day....I also have an extrememely competetive friend who likes to buy EVERYTHING i do, the one thing i had left which was a little bit of individuality is even eroding....
argh....
cant post reguluary but will certainly be watching, please please can you advise on a good self help cd to help clear my mind of all this crap and start again....
