Has anyone ever used online mood monitoring, like moodscope or true colours? What did you think of it?

I used the Moodtrack iPhone / ipad app. for about a year.
Obviously, it's only as good as what you pump in, and I shared the results at weekly meetings with my therapist, mainly the mood graph plotted as a discussion point.
They are good for longer-term mood tracking but not sure how motivated I would have been if I wasn't seeing a therapist weekly as well.

I'm using Optimism at the moment, having failed to get moodscope to work on iPad. It's quite good because you can see some links, progress etc. it only takes 2 mins a day.
