2mg of Diazepan for anxiety - anxious about taking it!

Well I know its a bit too late because I've already taken it and am waiting for it to kick in, but I'm a bit scared about it. I've been prescribed it for anxiety.

Anyone else had any experience with it?

That doesnt sound like a huge dose i think they just make you feel like youve had a couple of glasses of wine but im.no expert may affect different people in different ways

That's the dose I have to deal with muscle spasm in my back. It has no effect on how I feel at all. Just take it and relax.

I took 8 mg before a flight for anxiety, it made me feel a bit calmer but no other effects.

2mg is very low dose, try not to worry. I hope it helps.

No its a very low dose. Just made me feel happy and like I didn't give a toss. Might not drive on it though.
