The fucker swerved.

I'm depressed. Had a triggering incident yesterday which caused a massive panic attack.

Then had an arguement with DP where he told me I was a loser for living on government hand outs (ESA) and some equally nasty shit. He did apologise but it still hurts.

Been off work ten months after bullying caused me to have a massive breakdown.

I've walked to the hispital and asked for help but need to ring 111 to get to see a doctor.

Did try but he asked a million questions and kept telling me to calm down. I had to say goodbye and hang up.

Now in the hospital car park. No where to go. No ine to call.

I'm in a hole.

:(

You're not a loser, I promise.

Have you got anyone you can call.

Im here with you and im sure many others will be too

SisterMatic · 13/08/2013 21:01

Can you try and call 111 again. Why wont they see you right now?.

Did you tell them what happened with the car?

SnowyMouse · 13/08/2013 21:02

Is there no A&E at the hospital?

DoItTooJulia · 13/08/2013 21:05

Oh, I saw the thread yesterday about the bank MrsRaj.

Can you call the Samaritans from your car? Can you go to another hospital?

I hope you get some help.

Hugs.

looseleaf · 13/08/2013 21:05

I'm here too. You need someone who'll look after you urgently. And be clear about the car so they listen. I wish you to get through this hard patch and wishing you lots of happiness, look for everything that will make you happier and look after yourself

looseleaf · 13/08/2013 21:07

Samaritans is a good idea. I too hope you'll ring them

batfuttocks · 13/08/2013 21:08

Whereabouts are you? Usually there is a crisis call number. Or go straight to a and e.

SisterMatic · 13/08/2013 22:18

I hope you are safe MrsR. Let us know when you feel you can. Just know that we are here for you when you are ready.

HoopHopes · 13/08/2013 22:36

Samaritans if you want someone to talk to who will not ask lots of questions. 111 is the only way to see the out of hours dd's and the first person is just a call handler and sadly they have lots of questions they have to ask. But just try to answer them and then they will get a dr to talk to you on the phone who will help you out and see you or another dr will see you.

MoreThanWords · 13/08/2013 22:41

Oh, MrsR - I actually said "oh no!" out loud when I saw your name (read your bank thread yday .

Please, please, please phone 111 again. Or 999?

ImATotJeSuisUneTot · 13/08/2013 22:47

I really hope you've gone back into the hospital.
(I'm in my new name-change today, but was on your bank thread yesterday.)

BeaWheesht · 13/08/2013 22:54

Can you go to a&e? Are you on your own?

mistlethrush · 13/08/2013 22:58

I saw your other thread too - lots of positive thoughts coming your way.

Can you get to A&E?

MrsRajeshKoothrappali · 13/08/2013 23:16

I'm okay, am home. Being looked after by DP.

No A&E here, nearest is 20 miles and I don't drive.

Think I just had a moment of insanity, have had a really crushing two days.

DP's gutted. Lost his temper earlier (stress at work), usually a lovely guy so I think that was more of a shock than his actual words.

Cheers again for the support, can't believe I come this far downhill though. Thought I was getting better.

:(

Going to phone the Dr tomorrow morning and then have a duvet/DVD/hot chocolate day.

Please, please do. Even if you wake up tomorrow feeling better. Call anyway. :)

mistlethrush · 13/08/2013 23:30

I'm glad you're home, and I'm so pleased to hear that DH is looking after you.

Take lots of care - and don't get fobbed off by the Dr, please be completely honest, if you need to, get DH to come with you.

Sending very positive thoughts in your direction Flowers

mistlethrush · 14/08/2013 10:32

How are you feeling this morning? BrewFlowers

MrsRajeshKoothrappali · 14/08/2013 11:22

I'm okay, thanks.

Really, shockingly tired. Head's cloudy.

Spending the day with DS watching the IT Crowd snuggled on the sofa, not up to much else.

Gathering the energy to call the doctor's surgery, takes quite a lot of persuasion to get an appointment from the receptionist.

Hmm

But I am okay. Yesterday and Monday were the worse I've been in a long while. I'm not usually that bad.

OP posts:
mistlethrush · 14/08/2013 11:29

Can you get someone else to ring up for you if you're really not up to getting past the receptionist dragons?

Glad you're feeling a bit better - Curling up on the sofa is perfectly acceptable on occasions.

Caster8 · 14/08/2013 11:34

Sorry to hear that you are unwell.
I love your posts on here. I still remember your thread from christmas about your icy driveway. Smile

Hope you are feeling lots better soon Thanks

Halfling · 14/08/2013 11:55

Hi MrsRajesh. I love seeing you on MN.

Hope you are feeling better. Sending you Brew and Flowers

MrsRajeshKoothrappali · 14/08/2013 11:59

Can you get someone else to ring up for you if you're really not up to getting past the receptionist dragons?

Nah, it gives me quite a huge sense of achievement when I manage to negotiate an appointment with them.

Wink

Not sure I wrote about my driveway in the winter, but thanks any way.

mistlethrush · 14/08/2013 14:03

Have you fought your way through their bluff and bluster and totally inappropriate questions to get an appointment now? I hope so! Grin

MrsRajeshKoothrappali · 14/08/2013 15:32

Nah, the trolls at the gate are not letting me through today. And apparently there is no more appointments being 'released' (WTF?) until tomorrow.

Hmm

I'm supposed to phone when they open tomorrow at 8.30am, sit on hold for twenty minutes and then be told all of the appointments are gone. I'll tell them it's an emergency though, so it should be okay.

My usual (slightly cynical) good humour has returned.

Sooooooo tired though. Had forgotten that side of depression. I'm used to struggling to sleep and having too much energy. Today I've barely moved.

Luckily DS is happily playing Minecraft so I can just sit here..!

OP posts:
mistlethrush · 14/08/2013 15:43

Clearly if there are trolls at the gate, you'll need a magic sword or something to help get you through - can DS's minecraft skills help you? (knows nothing about minecraft)
