I have a meeting next week and am so scared about what will happen at the meeting, what the report will say. My biggest fear is that they will just say 'get on with it' and then I will have to work but as I cannot properly at the moment will do things badly and eventually get the sack ....
Can't take sick leave as do not get sick pay ...
So worried have even been thinking about self harming to get out of it - never thought like this before ...
