I have been boiling hot especially in the mornings since starting on Citalopram 2 years ago. But this weather I feel awful. Sad Anyone else?

Please say it's not just me?

I'm having terrible problems with the heat, but I also have M.E/CFS so my temperature regulation is rubbish most of the time anyway! I recently re-started citalopram though and didn't think that could also be having an effect. It's probably adding to why I can barely get myself off the bed!

I hope the weather cools down soon as this heatwave is draining me. Until then I am glued to my fan and water bottle Smile Feel better soon.

Hi newest. I definitely think Citalopram makes me hot. I am sat in front of the fan and doing stuff in stages. Smile

It definitely makes me feel hot in the mornings, it's like my internal thermostat is set on the highest heat Wink. I wondered if I was perimenopausal but only in the mornings Smile

Yep me too. A trigger of my anxiety is getting hot. So thus weather is not great for me.

Hi Victoria and Funny. I also get hot when anxious, so doubly hot at the moment.

I have had such a bad day today. I feel boiled, and sweaty and just horrible. Got a family lunch to go to tomorrow and all I can think of is how hot I will be.
