Not an expert but just wanted to say I am so sorry. It must be especially hard to lose your mum. I am not surprised you are feeling mixed up and alone.

Have you tried posting in bereavement? There are support threads there with mumsnetters going through similar stuff.

Know none of this answers your questions but hopefully someone more knowledgeable will come along soon. I hope you find some peace.
