have any idea how flippin amazing each of us are for just getting through day by day... we are far from failures. We are actually resilient and strong!

Its not easy and yet we do it.... somehow.....

I'm having a gushy proud moment of all of us who despite wanting to quite sometimes, keep on keeping on..

well. so often mental health problems and those who suffer them are seen in a negative light by those not in the know....

how ignorant! A day in our shoes would soon set them straight tho -

Jesus, you should pop over to our little village (a support thread on here, look it up) you will find a bunch of strong women who battle through every day, but we get through - your post is just lovely and so so true.

I work with women with mental health problems. Everyone of them is bloody brilliant. Inspiring.
