Staff member was having a particularly bad day, but worth mentioning she is a bit of a drama queen, and I asked her about a task I had given her to do. She got very defensive and called me the wrong name during her list of excuses and said she loved her job. We laughed off the first time, then she got a bit angry I had questioned her work and over the next half hour called me 2 different wrong names nothing like my own!! Is this just to wind me up or could she be really stressed out and caused a weird symptom? Any response appreciated
