The day started so well. Tidied DD's bedroom, did most of the laundry. Tidied the kitchen etc etc. Did all my paperwork, sorted banking stuff (havent done that for WEEKS).

Got everything together to go to the doctors. Loaded the car up, got the double pram shut the door behind me, put it in the car and realised id left my bag indoors. With my house keys, mobile phone, all the paperwork and banking, nappies wipes etc for DS EVERYTHING.

Went to the GP anyway, who decided that it might be an idea to up my AD's for a month to see...Sad GP let me use the phone to ring and arrange collecting spare keys.

Then spent the rest of the afternoon chasing around for spare keys, dashing back to get my prescription, and dashing to the bank to find i had missed bank closing by 7 minutes.

Ive had a sh*te afternoon after starting SO well. Angry

So please, come and tell me what an idiot i am for leaving my bag in the house and not putting the latch on the door like i ALWAYS do.

Yes, normally.....

How scary though if i hadnt noticed - i would have had, on paper, a doubled dose and found it wasnt doing as it should Shock

you are not an idiot.it happens to us all.

my son (2) locked me out of new house(new neighbours). i had to direct him through the letter box to get my handbag with my keys in it off shelf in understairs cupboard.(doh i'd changed my bag the night before when he was in bed so he didn't know what he was looking for)I climbed over back fence and got in through back.

i borrowed a company car and crashed it into a piller in a milti storey car park.(i'd lost my mum the month before and i was 4mths pg, but still...)

these things happened when i was well and despite the stress of telling boss about car, i laughed.

my son refused to let me change his nappy. i broke down in tears. I was depressed at time.

Take care babe!
