Finally having an appoitment with a psychiatrist after waiting a long time

but I actually feel fine now. no need.

but annoying in a way. My problems have been periodic. This time I was ill for four months or so wihout any help. Now I am fine, but might get ill again in one month or in a year, or never! And when that happens I have to go back to gp and back to waiting list. That's limbo! Maybe we all died 21.12.2012 and this is my limbo!

Not sure I should cancel the appointment. There definiately are people who would need it more than me now. The waiting times here are very long.

Don't cancel the appointment. Make a note of all your episodes and what the symptoms were so they can plan for future care.

I have kept mood diary for a month. I will take that with me. I got better last friday.
