50mg Sertraline...sex life gone or not???

After been on fluoxetine 25mg since Feb the psych has now put me onto Sertraline 50mg working up to 150mg. I realise that medication effects everybody differently but please could anyone tell me their experience on this medication when it came to their sex life??? Did it take it away or increase it? As for Fluoxetine it decreased my sex life big time Obviously I do agree that the benefits to these kind of medications outways any side effects. But interested to hear what others have been through.....waiting in anticipation for my rollercoaster ride to begin...... [sceptical]

I found my libido was pretty much the same or slightly increased but I found it takes me much longer and I (and DH) have to work much harder to get 'there' IYSWIM

It's almost like the nerve endings there are kind of deadened a bit!

Libido was fine until I got to 200mg (it's a hospital dose but my cmht had me on it).

Like fee no, just took a bit longer but I didn't actually mind!

I noticed no difference except my orgasms are more intense :)
