Can someone explain me why there is so many different institutions like cmht, crht etc?

First you are referred to one of them and you have assessment. Then they decide to refer you to another place and there, of course, you have to have a new assessment. Just waste of money. Then you have to wait weeks to get to appointment with the new place. And of course you are not anymore under care of the previous place as you have been referred further. If you can't wait and go to GP's you will be referred back to the first one and so on.

It's confusing isn't it, here crisis resolution/home treatment are for when you might need to go into or are coming out of hospital, or in place of hospital and CMHT for all other less desperate times. I preferred it before, when you had the same consultant whether you were an inpatient or having home treatment or just seeing a cpn once a week or whatever.

Are you getting bounced around from one to another at the moment?
