transferring off reboxetine to mirtazpine and vetrapine - what can I expect?

need to come off my ADs in two days and get on the above I have had a tough time coming off ADs in the past is this going to be a nightmare or with the new stuff kick in quick and take over....anyone else taken mirtazpine and vetrapine
