How do people manage it? From the moment I open my eyes to when I go to sleep I'm battling with the physical symptoms of anxiety, aching muscles, headaches (feels like an electric current running through my head) wobbly legs, adrenaline surges, light headed ness, nausea (cant eat) I've had blood tests etc and there is nothing physically wrong with me.

Hey Gruffalo,

You have to try to eat as it will help with the sugar surges. I know it's horrible when you feel like you are forcing yourself to eat...but I find if I keep my bloods sugars level I feel 100 times better x x

You switched from seroxat to prozac if I remember right? my gut feeling that it is still connected with that switch, which I know isn't very helpful as you have that awful dilemma about whether to stick with the Prozac or go back to the seroxat, I have actually asked a doctor on facebook (Dr Ann Blake Tracy who wrote "Prozac: Pandora or Panacea") about your situation as this very subject happened to come up, as I was lucky to make that switch and get away with it (Sertraline to Prozac in my case). If I hear anything which I hope I will I will let you know, I do really feel for you because I know that hell Sad

I messaged you on fb before I saw this strawberry. I appreciate all your advice. The symptoms I'm getting now are all my classic anxiety symptoms just magnified. I have only been on prozac for 10 weeks so hopefully the switch won't be too bad x
