I've been keeping a mood diary for the last three months, and found my depression and anxiety gets much much worse the week before my period. I'm still searching for an AD that has any (positive) effect on me, but has anyone got any ideas to minimise the super psycho episodes I get when I get my PMT as well?
If my mood diary is correct, then I'm in store for a week of absolute hell which will push my marriage to the absolute limit and could jeapordise my job and my life.
Sorry to spam this board with constant needy threads, but the support I get is always...um, well supportive :) I'm just trying to keep going one day at a time, but I can barely do that without lashing out at the people I love, bursting into tears at work and cutting myself. I feel like there's no end in sight.
