Would anyone be up for giving me feedback on my book about PND?

I checked with MNHQ and apparently it's ok for me to ask for feedback on here, so long as I don't mention the name of the book.

Anyway, am a long-term Mnetter and writer. I have written a book, based on my experiences of PND. It's not a memoir, more a practical book with tips on how to help yourself though it. I'm not a health professional or a psychotherapist (although I am a qualified life coach) so it's written from the perspective of someone who has been there and found a few ways to get through it.

I was hoping that one or two people might be up for reading my manuscript and giving me some feedback on things they liked/didn't like, anything that seemed to be missing, etc. It's not very long (five chapters) so shouldn't take too long to read.

Please PM me if you're up for having a read. You don't have to be "officially diagnosed" to read it - even if you're just having a bit of a shit time after your child's born, I hope there will be something for you there.

Thanks in advance Smile.
