I know when coming off ADs you have to do it slowly. Is it the same when going back on them?

Oh. I think I have started mid range before but tbh I think I need a really high dose now.

start mid way then and go up, or perhaps ask GP ?

My psychiatrist always suggests breaking the tablets in 1/2 if they are tablets that are able to. If not then to start on 1/2 the dose (if they make the tablets in the 1/2 dose) for the first two weeks. This will lessen any side effects.
