I'm in an awful state, anxiety sky-high - cant stop shaking and heavy breathing, I've just tried to get up and do something but ended up pacing and getting more anxious.I tried doing something which is usually a good diversion tactic but for the first time ever it didnt work.

I've run out of meds and havent even made an appointment to see about getting new ones, I hate leaving the house. I've been taking them for 4 weeks now and dont feel any better in fact i think I might be worse. I'm obsessed with moving and internet searching for houses I havent got the money to move into anyway, but it's all I can think about, I feel like I can't function until I leave this place

My daughters due back home today and I'm sitting in the same clothes I've had on since friday, I stink, the house is a mess and I dont feel any kind of control but I'm desperate for her not to see me like this. I feel like I should ring someone but dont know who? I dont want anyone to see me like this, one look at me and my house and my daughter will be taken into care.

Ring the surgery and ask for an EMERGENCY appointment. If they ask why, explain you are taking ant-depressant (or whatever the drugs are) but need an urgent review as you don't have any more medicine and this is already having some effect on you.

Will you be able to go down to the GP when you have your appointment?

BoysBoysBoysAndMe · 09/07/2012 13:46

Ring the dr. Do it now. Dr should be able to phone you back.

Ring them. That's helping you and your daughter in that little action. X

You need to get more meds. Then get yourself clean.

How old is your dd?

So sorry for shooting off like that before, and thanks so much to everyone who helped. Seems to have passed now, I think it was the anticipation of daughter coming back that got to me so badly, now she's here I feel a lot calmer.

Will definitely sort meds out tomorrow, and ask for something to keep in case of severe anxiety as well.

Thanks again all

Glad you're feeling a little more relaxed now op.

Please call the dr tomorrow though so something can get sorted out for you.

Xroads · 10/07/2012 12:06

Now you are more relaxed maybe you can make some steps to getting things sorted, how old is your dd?

Can you afford a few weeks of help to get things sorted? Whether that be a cleaner to come in for a few house, hiring someone to help declutter or a childminder so you can have a few hours to get on top of things?

maybe this will help www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-1211647/How--declutter-home.html
