not had the best of days

finding today so hard, shaking and feeling anxious all day. feels like my chest is heavy and its tiring to breathe. DD 22mths wanting me to run around with her, feel guilty i aint got the energy or motivation.

just feel wrong, :( have been on fluoxetine for 4 days and know it takes 2/3 weeks to take effect. feel like im fighting with my own head?? hard to describe but just dont like it.

Hi the side effects can definately make you feel worse before you feel better so take things easy over next few days whenever you can. If you start to have difficulties with your breathing you should see dr just to get checked over. Hope things start to ease soon.
