Make sure you have net curtains up then:

dance round the room to old skool rave, r'n'b, heavy rock / metal, dubstep, & uplifting trance. Also pop music, eg. lady gaga, Britney, Girls Aloud, Sugababes, Jessie J.

AVOID depressing indie / emo music, death metal, ballads, also i love Plan B but his music is a little bit depressing (being in jail falsely accused of rape, then killing a man in self defence, then being depressed.... ) Seriously good but seriously avoid it for now!

Shiney Happy People. REM
Sweetest Decline. Beth Orton
Summertime. The Sundays
National Express. Devine Comedy
Ballad of Tom Jones. Space and Cerys Matthews
