anyone around for a hug or a kick up the arse?

suffer long term depression
had meds change 5weeks ago then back a week later to usual ADs plus meds for side effects
im constantly exhausted
i cant think straight and am irritable and tearful with my litle ones
can some one please ell me it will get better or give me an almighty boot of straight talking to please?
i cant keep on going like this.
i feel so alone all the time and apart from MN have no where to offload

feels like ive fallen into a very dark place and im scared
i had very bad episode after i had ds and i never want to go there again but its not looking to promising
ive been struggling wth mood all week and finding basic skills very hard
i seem to have lost my patience some where along the line and swing between growling at dcs and being totally numb when they appear and find interacting difficult

Maybe you might need to chat with your doctor again. I know you only recently changed meds.

I'm around for now though.

i did 10days on half dose as side effeects for me are a bit uuurgh
so technically im 3weeks in at full dose and it will be another week or two before at full ower so to speak
gp will just say hang in there bit longer
its just hard when its me and the kids 24/7 with no let up and im struggling
i love them all to bits but when i fee like this i wish sometimes i had the chance a bit time out
sadly dp isnt well and so theres no chance of that
posting here and our usual haunts at least i know theres someone out there even if only in a virtul sense

Shopping with kids is hard anyway. I find it very challenging!

I'm just off to sort dinner but will try to be around after.
