Trazodone (Molipaxin)

Does anyone have an experience of this? I have been prescribed 150mg to take at night.

I am very very low, I have some anxiety and I am struggling to sleep. I am also suicidal and self harming. The team I am working with are worried that I have plans to go out at night to kill myself so they wanted something with a sedative affect which apparently this does. I am not really working at the moment so sleeping in is not an issue but I am worried about feeling groggy or not being able to drive.

I was previously on 20mg citalopram and had no real side affects (apart from crazy dreams).

I'd say go for it, I take it though at a lower dose and have found it very helpful. Good luck and hope you feel better soon.

hey, hope you can keep safe. Im on 400mg per night now, started on 100mg. Dont help me sleep all night but fits and starts, driving not an issue for me so cant comment, also take lots of other mental health drugs so not sure if its the traz that makes me feel groggy? bottom line is would not want to be off it as def helps me get some sleep but at the higher dose.
