The withdraw symtoms are much like the symtoms you get when you start sertaline. From what I remember (ie. 8 years ago) I had mood swings and stomach cramps for about a week. My gp told me to take a tablet every other day for two weeks.

Oh yhes, forgot that. I am very irritable and cross.... Yes, maybe \i should hve stepped down gradually...... Only on 50mg a aday though.

So, how long did your last. Do youmind me asking your dosage?

I look 50mg for about a year. I took one tablet every other day for a fortnight and then went cold turkey. I experienced withdraw symptoms after I went cold turkey and they lasted about a week.

The first two days were the worst.

I can tell you heaps about Sertraline withdrawal, my site says Prozac but that's because I had to switch to Prozac to get off Sertraline, you might find lots of info in the pages I have put on the side of the blog:

It's great to get your sex drive back though isn't it? that's the worst thing about these drugs. You might be coming off too fast though.
