Title says it all.

Struggling to make phonecalls, whether its to friends, utilities, CMHT, anyone really. I can recieve them but will only answer a number I know.

Psychologist has given me a list of dates and times to phone her and the first one is today at 4.45.
I couldn't sleep last night for worrying, today I have gone from crying to speaking so fast my son was worried.
I feel sick, feels like my heart is going to come out through my mouth, I want to smash all the phones up in the house so I dont have worry about failing and letting her down by not phoning her :(

You aren't a bother. But are my words falliing on deaf ears? I have the phone thing in a mild way all the time, but when depressed it's much much worse.

I don't write as well as madmouse - tend to be terse - but am still concerned and thinking of you.

Hey that makes me sad that you thought you would be a bother to me. You know you are never a bother!! I was on fb last night, all you would have had to do is say 'hi'. It's always good to talk to you xx

midnightservant your words aren't falling on deaf ears, I managed to get an appointment for next Friday with the nurse to get my Lithium level checked.
I have my Psychologist tomorrow and Hopefully the Psychiatrist on Monday but that depends on whether or not I have to take my daughter to Sick Kids hospital.
I dont have Bi-polar but they put put me on the Lithium to try and stablise my emotions.

madmouse I'm sorry, I couldn't speak to anyone yesterday, took me all my time to post on here, everything was too loud and I was losing the plot left right and centre.

rhks if everything was too much then I can understand why you didn't make contact. Just didn't like the thought of you needed company and not having it while I was just there...

Phew, you've got a lot on. That's interesting about the lithium, never heard of it being prescribed for someone who didn't have bipolar.

Know what you mean about everything being too loud sometimes. I also get a visual image of too much stuff whirling round above my head at times. For me, these are signs of overwhelm. And in overwhelm mode, I can't get started on anything...
