Hi. Anyone been on Surmontil/Trimipramine for any health problems?
I was prescribed this today for pain that my GP thinks it's due to my IBS.
After googling it I'm not so sure I want to take it. I was on Citalopram before and didn't like the intial side effects and then the withdrawal symptoms.
My GP said that a lot of bowel doctors suggest it as it is a good treatment for pain control.
Any info advice would be greatly appreciated.
