I have used MoodGYM and Living Life To The Full in the past. Not sueful for me but i know lots of people that have been helped by them.

I did hesitate in telling you they didn't work for me actually. I just felt very very stupid doing them. TBH though i didn't do a lot of the Living Life one.

My DP has used mood gym has found it really helpful, and im thinking of trying it myself when i get round to it.

I had an introduction to CBT when DS was born and it really helped me then. I think you are open to it helping you then it can be very helpful.

hth

WHy ladysybil?

Sprinklingsparkles is right, you do need to be open to it helping. I definitely wasn't. It can be done in your own time and is free so you will lose nothing by giving it a go.

ladysybil · 13/04/2011 21:15

oops. i had written that as a reply to you bucket, before sparkles came, but then went into kitchen and it didnt get posted till well after she had replied. it was written in reply to you saying you didnt want to talk abou tit.

I am going to try it.. moodgym i guess rather than the living one. ive heard about it, but want a bit of an mn perspective
