Just wanted to say hi to everyone.
I'm a bit rock bottom. Had emergency psych appointment, had my meds increasef. trying to keep out of hospital which has been mentioned. They want me to start on the anti psychotics again which I'm resisting.
And on top of all this I am obsessively buying guinea pigs from rescue centres!! Thats a new one even for me.
How is everyone else??
