I think I have forgotten my medication against this morning. My system has failed.

What is your system so I can hopefully have something that works?

can you set a recurring alarm on your mobile phone?

Get a dosset box from your local pharmacy which has compartments for medication split into days and times over a week at a time. Then you can instantly see if you've forgotten a dose.

My never fail system is sticking the strip to the mirror with a hair clip or clothes pin

I set my phone to do everything else so really should have thought of that. The problem is I can't take it at the same time each day, it can be within an hour or so.

Do you always have a coffee or a cup of tea in the mornings? Put your medication in the tin/ jar/ canister, that way you NEVER forget .

This was the only way I could remember to take my contraceptive pill and later my antidepressants .

No, the only thing I do every morning without fail is brush my teeth and forget to brush my hair.

Im having this trouble too. Im such an idiot how can it be so hard to remember one thing ? It makes me feel awful as well but i just cannot remember. Im trying ticking off the day on my calender after ive taken it. Watch this space.

I am sure we all forget things at times as it is because we lead such busy lives. I see things that I need to do on the way to do others and the amount of time I do the extra stuff and not finish the original thing until later.

Put the box by the kettle, or in a teacup by the kettle, or in with the tea. (If you are a tea drinker.)

I have double the problem, im on liquid so cant see if ive taken any or not....

And I forgot to buy a medicine box and paid for my shopping with cash today instead of my gift card. Again .

I put my box of citalopram next to the kettle because the first thing I do in the morning is make some tea.

Right so ive been ticking off in my diary every morning. so far so good !
