I have parents evening tonight and I am dreading it. I think its made worse because I use to work at the school so have to be all chatty with ex colleagues. Feel sick to my stomach today, it starts at 4pm.
I know when I get there my anxiety levels will be so high I will start sweating which makes me really self consious.
How do you keep it together enough so that you don't come across as a wreck? Haven't even managed to get dressed yet though I have showered and washed my hair.
