I took up smoking again when suffering from pnd/severe depression. Finding it really hard to stop. My ds is3.going to go to pharmacy tomorrow and sign up to stop smoking scheme. Could do with some moral support.

You can do it. You don't need it. Think of all the lovely things you'll be able to get with the money you'll save. I speak as someone who smoked around 20 a day until 8 years ago.
FWIW, I found nicorette tablets a great help.

Have you tried reading Allen Carr's Easyway book?
That really helped me - heavy 40 a day smoker for 15 years. Haven't touched one in 6 years and I'm very proud of it.

You can do it and you will wonder why you didn't do it sooner. The book tells you you don't need anything but I did need the patches - whatever gets you through.

Good luck!
