sounds a good plan!!! my dp says he will get up with ds but he just puts ds in bed with us who is almost 5 but in size 6-7 clothes which are getting small so hes big lol he also cant stay still at all, then after 10 mins of being kicked i get fed up and get up, leaving dp snoring away!!!

Sorry, wandereing slightly off topic and into my domestic set up..

I did almost go to the docs recently as I had been feeling mentally pretty fucking shite, but I'm in that limbo place where I feel low and unmotivated but not bad enough to do anything about it (possibly cos of the lack of motivation I just mentioned Grin ). But I dunno, it feels like I'm walking the depressed line.

Ds spent the night with me a few nights ago (dh was relegated to the spare room) anyway, ds spends the entire night pushing his head into my armpit and sleeping at right angles to me, and I end up with me on my side with my butt cheeks clenched so tight so I don't roll of the edge of the bed.... Did I also mention that ds is 1!!

but if thats the way you feel youre heading would it be better to get help now before it gets to that point?? i kind of wonder now how ive let it get to this and if i could have done something before etc

just off to hunt for charger as batter flashing, ill try to get back when i find it, if i do without wrecking the bedroom pulling wires everywhere lol

I know, really I do.

I do that 2 week watch thing, where I think one of the 'depression list' questions is if you have been feint like this for 2 weeks or more, then that is important. And I never seem to quite make it that long, so then I don't bother. Plus I think it's tied up with work etc, so just am feeling generally disillusioned etc. I have done a CBT course before, so may well dig some stuff out from that to help. When I spoke to the doc previously, he said sleep would def help! Ha!

However, enough about me..

Do you ever get a break at all? Feeling like you do then having to get up early with your ds can't be easy on you?

MissTired · 31/10/2010 05:43

really sorry when i went up hunting for charger i got annoyed not finding it and fell asleep, then before i know it as predicted ds gets up oh the joys of life!! hope you got some sleep xx
