I am sorry but I have had enough, I am tired of just exsisting from day to day and not living life, I have had such a hard life from childhood and am so tired...honestly so tired of living, it exhausts me...I have a lovely dh&kids and I do love them so much but still I find life exhausting and hard work...I just feel like giving up

I think that isolation makes things seem so much worse, could you maybe get your gp to refer you to a counsellor, you never know it may help to talk to someone impartial.

mumma2DHPS · 25/08/2005 02:35

When you have had bad patches in the past has there been anything that helped at all? What about dh is he supportive, can you talk to him? Never be sorry about the way you feel, it is valid and real.

mumma2DHPS · 25/08/2005 02:51

thanks yawningmonster....yes dh knows all my past and troubles and he is a great help but I suffer so bad even he has trouble helping me sometimes although he does his best and is the greatest its hard still.
