I don’t manage to fast when ill, it makes me starving and sometimes you have to listen to your body. I tend to do little and often toast and fruit so at least I’m getting some vitamins. Hope you feel better soon.

Thank you ❤️❤️ I'm trying to eat well just not fasting or counting (eg mackerel eggs and avo salad for lunch. Delicious but the calories are insane!!)

I've binge watched baby reindeer, blue lights and now onto kin. So... not the jolliest of selections but has kept me busy and stopped me from working 😂😂

Holy moly, I know this isn't a check in day, but this was the countdown to May, and it's the first of May, and I'm 77kg on the dot! I'll be very happy to hang around at this weight for a while (somehow feels it needs to be a bit "real-er"), exactly 5kg to go before my happy weight.

Woooot!!!! Well done @HarpQuartet that's the perfect energy to fly into May with and such an achievement. Go you!
