I just put those foods into FatSecret and they came out at 1,846 calories 52% of which came from carbohydrates of one type or another.
Fat 31% and protein 17%.
I would ditch the sandwich (have what you'd have in the sandwich but toss the bread), I'd have a fried egg or scrambled eggs for breakfast instead of shreddies as you're already having some wholemeal in the form of bread - you'll feel fuller and then you won't want the two biscuits which if you left them out and the bread from the sandwich, that would save you 348 calories and bring the total for the day down to 1,498 calories for the day which, if you're exercising like you are, wouldn't be too bad.
I'd drop the (probably milky) latte's as well as there's a lot of carbs in that due to the milk - and the coffee of course. Swap them out for water. The latte's are probably over 300 calories and they're not giving you anything.
But I would want to see more nutrition dense foods so wholemeal toast with mashed avocado and chia seeds sprinkled on top for brekky. Or instead of a sandwich for lunch have crisy lettuce, avocado, some pieces of cooked bacon, walnuts - forget the bread and you'd be getting more goodness as well.
Don't know how that sounds....
I'm going through a can't stop eating phase at the moment but this is what I do when I want to lose weight. I have quite a bit of protein and I throw in as much nutrition dense food as I possibly can.
