If you had 150 calories left to eat on a FD, and had already eaten your tea, what would you have?

I want something to much on but I have no idea!

A 2 egg omelette with some red peppers and spring onion

LaVitaBellissima · 03/02/2014 19:59

A glass of wine (helpful) Smile

diabolo · 03/02/2014 19:59

Sorry, you said you'd already had tea. Ignore me.

Felix90 · 03/02/2014 20:00

Funnily enough, I had an omelette for tea!

I don't drink so no wine for me Sad

I think I'd cut up two apples into small chunks or an apple and an orange and eat those.

MillyONaire · 03/02/2014 20:04

A cup of tea and light digestive.....
or
Nothing!

elevendays · 03/02/2014 20:07

A yogurt.

How can you have 150 left on a fast day? What did your 350 consist of?

minniebar · 03/02/2014 20:07

Small bowl of cereal?

I usually try and save approx that number of calories to stave off the inevitable 9pm munchies.

TheresLotsOfFarmyardAnimals · 03/02/2014 20:08

1.5 milky way or most of a galaxy ripple.

Felix90 · 03/02/2014 20:10

Eleven, I had two black coffees and lots of water all day the. Had a three egg omelette made with 1% milk, red onion and mushrooms for tea. I have some nice Yoghurts in the fridge actually so may have one of those Smile

eleven - today for lunch I had half a pack of 'slim noodles', 1/3 can tuna and carrots in miso soup - approx 90 cals.

Dinner - chicken breast (baked), half a pack of Tilda flavoured rice and veg. 300 cals.

Leaves just over 100. I tend not to worry about going slightly over.

BellaVita · 03/02/2014 20:10

A two finger kit kat. 107 cals!

Felix90 · 03/02/2014 20:11

Ahhhh I wish I had kit kats!!!!!!!!

A Curly Wurly - 115 calories

Southeastdweller · 03/02/2014 20:18

A banana.

EATmum · 03/02/2014 20:21

I save 200 calories for my evening snack which is a Nature's Valley cereal bar. Find I can eat it crumb by crumb over about an hour with a cup of lemon and ginger tea. Ok so it's not dark chocolate and red wine (sigh) but it's good!

HandMini · 03/02/2014 20:21

It would be a KitKat for me as well. The most delicious 109 calories known to man. One day I intend to eat five as my FD food

Grumbliest · 03/02/2014 20:24

Tomato and onion salad with green chilli and coriander, a potato waffle, quavers

I reckon I now have about 100 left over today - I'm with Handrags and have just put kettle on for a 40 cal hot choc.

Sorry the yoghurt wasn't good, Felix

jenniferlawrence · 04/02/2014 11:02

A mini baby bell, a cracker and some grapes
