If you had 150 calories left to eat on a FD, and had already eaten your tea, what would you have?

I want something to much on but I have no idea!

Dark choc square and natural yoghurt.
A "chocolate" bar ie Curly Wurly/Milky Way would give me a sugar high then crash.

25g cheddar (100 cals) plus apple (50)
OR
4 tbsp Hummus (100 cals) with lemon and slices of cucumber, red pepper (50)

2 Finn crisps and a laughing cow wedge, followed by a mini-milk lolly.

Gosh, haven't had a curly wurly in years. I don't think I'll be able to 'afford' one today as it's FD and my eating plans take me to within a whisker of 500 calories, but I think I'll try one tomorrow, see if they still taste as good as I remember.

I reckon I now have about 100 left over today - I'm with Handrags and have just put kettle on for a 40 cal hot choc.

Sorry the yoghurt wasn't good, Felix

It would be a KitKat for me as well. The most delicious 109 calories known to man. One day I intend to eat five as my FD food

I save 200 calories for my evening snack which is a Nature's Valley cereal bar. Find I can eat it crumb by crumb over about an hour with a cup of lemon and ginger tea. Ok so it's not dark chocolate and red wine (sigh) but it's good!

eleven - today for lunch I had half a pack of 'slim noodles', 1/3 can tuna and carrots in miso soup - approx 90 cals.

Dinner - chicken breast (baked), half a pack of Tilda flavoured rice and veg. 300 cals.

Leaves just over 100. I tend not to worry about going slightly over.

Small bowl of cereal?

I usually try and save approx that number of calories to stave off the inevitable 9pm munchies.

A yogurt.

How can you have 150 left on a fast day? What did your 350 consist of?
