I've been looking into my options but am rather confused. I need a contraceptive my husband won't find out about. My doctor recommended the Nexplanon. Implants but a friend has an implant and you can feel it under her skin. Any advice appreciated.

Well you should use condoms. Make sure the OM keeps them and then your DH won't find out.

And keep a careful track of what you are meant to be doing when you are lying to him, so you don't trip yourself up.
