I have just done the Pre/Post Natal exercise qualification with Premier and not once was SPD mentioned (in fact when I mentioned it to the trainer they didn't know what I was talking about). As it is suppose to effect up to 1 in 5 women in pregnancy and has a lot of bearing on what exercise can and can't be done I would have thought it should have been covered as there were people in the class who had no experience of either working with pregnant women or being pregnant (I'm not saying you have had to be pregnant or a woman to be a pre/post natal trainer but you may be more aware of the issues if you had).
anyway rather long winded but did you cover SPD/PGP in your pre/post natal course and do you think I should make a complaint about the course content?
