I am currently going to Epping twice a week to see a chiropractor and usually have time to take a walk in the forest but I'm not sure where I am and if I'll get lost. I come off M25 and drive from Waltham Abbey along the road where there is a pub on my right hand side and a car park that looks like it leads into the forest. Would anyone know where I mean?

oh you are right by high beach then. there's a wheelchair / pushchair path there, to the left of teh visitor centre. it is quite a nice little circular route. bluebells are good this week.

that path sounds perfect fishie as it's circular so I wont get lost. I'm back there tuesday so will do it then. Thank you.
