Does anyone have an original Baby Jogger - I cant remember how to collapse mine?

It's been so long since I've needed to collapse it but I remember taking the front off and collapsing it easily to fit in the back of the car. Of course I now can't find the booklet that came with it and BabyJogger.com have kindly sent me some instructions but they are not for the model that I have.

Anyone? Mine is quite old, I got it from the US back in 2001.

If it?s the same as mine (it sounds as though it is) then it all unclips just behind the front wheel. It should unclip at the point where the bars that make up the side of the buggy meet the 2 bars that the front wheel is attached to. You should see somewhere to push your thumbs in to release the catch. There should also be a pin to pull out so it comes apart (although if you haven?t undone for ages his might now be lost).

The whole thing then unfolds flat so that everything is folded underneath the canvas. if this doesn?t make sense let me know?

thanks very much bonnyandborris. It's the pin i cant find! I've got the two thumb like areas behind the wheel and they release it about 2 inches and then it stops. But neither I nor DH can find any pin. I have got two small metal notches on either leg of the frame that look like they might push in - do you have those? I'm wondering if they are something to do with it although I remember it as being easier that that! Do you take your front wheel off first?

I seem to remember that it will fold with the front wheel still on. Are you needing to unfold if very soon? I can have a look for you tomorrow and see if I can figure out how to put a picture on my profile picture thing?

I'm hoping to sell it on Ebay - I advertised it late last year but for collection only and had so many people asking me to collapse it and courier it that I cancelled the auction and have only now just got round to thinking about doing it again. I've got the courier thing sorted but now need to be able to collapse it before i dare put it up for auction again.

Rather manic few days?..sorry to not post sooner (you have probably managed to collapse the thing by now!) Can?t get pictures to work?.however while looking for some paper work I came across my original instructions. Definitely says you need to pull the pin out and then push the catch in. Perhaps pushing a screwdriver in to push the pin in might work? Good luck with it anyway!
