Chest protection for the large of norks

I've recently taken up karate and need to get protective gear for my chest, to use during sparring. I've had a look at some catalogues and online, but the problem is, I am quite, ahem, generously proportioned (38E) and the only chest protectors I've seen tend to come in small, medium, and large (occasionally x-large) sizes.

Is it possible to find some with "proper" sizing (i.e. like bras, with back/cup sizes) or am I expecting too much?

Thanks!

No idea sorry but see no one else has replied! Can you customise such things and wear with a decent sports bra? Shooting in the dark - does someone from your club know? Contact manufacturers you've found?

Thanks for replying biddy! I was starting to wonder if I am invisible...

My club consists mostly of men and children so I don't think they'd know too much about that if I asked them. I guess I'll just have to go to a sports shop and try a few on to see how they fit. I would definitely wear a sports bra aswell as a protective vest thingy in any case!
