I'm thinking of wearing leggins, as I know I will need to grip the pole, but dont think my legs are in shape for shorts at the mo...

I know its good for toning the upper body, but I really need to tone my belly and loose my hips. Do you think it will be good for that?

If not what would you recommend?

I'm really looking forward to doing this class...

you need to wear short shorts, sorry! you really wont care when you're there, in my first class the majority of people there had had babies in the last few months so we were all wobbley together
shorts, tee, leg warmers, trainers, water.

It tones EVERYTHING! FAST!
hope you don't have anything to strenuous to do the next day LOL

Tones everything fast sounds exactly what I am looking for...

Do you still do it? And why do you need legwarmers? lol

less dodgy looking bruises on your ankles, especially when you're learning the spins. depends on the move, you don't always wear them.

you'll have so much fun!, it hurts but its addictive!

have you been yet?
if you have how'd it go?
if not, I forgot to mention: no body lotion day before or day of class!

SusieCarmichael · 08/04/2010 22:33

oooooh i wanna go too is it expensive

did it work salby?

salbysea · 09/04/2010 12:33

well I was a size 18 after having LO and am a 14 now and haven't been dieting

its amazing how much untapped strength there is in your body, I really didn't think I was capable of doing some of the stuff I can do now

Yes I went and loved it

It was hard tho, but managed to get upside down on the pole in my first class....

I had los of brusis the next day but all worth it, def going back again...

I pay £10 per class, so not cheap, but I think its worth it...
